1. Shipping Methods
- Air freight / Express: 5–10 days, recommended for urgent or small orders.
- Sea freight: 25–40 days, cost-effective for full containers and bulk orders.
2. Lead Time
Production lead time is typically 7–15 days after payment confirmation, before shipping. We provide a confirmed dispatch date on each PI.
3. Incoterms & Tracking
Default term is EXW Guangzhou; we can also arrange FOB Guangzhou / Huangpu at your request. A tracking number is shared once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
4. Import Duties & Customs
Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country. We provide the commercial invoice and packing list needed for clearance, and can declare value per your instruction within legal limits.
5. Address Accuracy
Please confirm the delivery address and contact before shipment. Re-delivery costs caused by incorrect addresses are borne by the buyer.
