1. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive payment or a confirmed Alibaba Trade Assurance order. The PI specifies items, prices, MOQ, lead time and shipping terms.

2. Pricing & Incoterms

All prices are in USD, EXW Guangzhou unless otherwise stated. Volume discounts apply above the stated MOQ. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.

3. Intellectual Property

Buyer-supplied logos, drawings and branding remain the buyer’s property. We do not sell or disclose custom designs to third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the parts.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, it shall be settled by arbitration in Guangzhou, China, under applicable PRC law.
